Modify Appearance

On several occasions, the captured photo can are either be too dark or too bright. These photos need brightness correction. Two common brightness adjustment parameters are gain and gamma. Please visit the image processing section to learn more about gain, gamma and how these effect the image brightness.

In some cases the colors in a photo may appear dull. If so, then increase the color saturation to make the colors more vibrant. On the other hand, by setting saturation to -128, you can completely remove color to get a black and white photo.

Modify Appearance with Bigshot Wizard

  1. Enable/Disable appearance adjustment.
  2. Slider to control the amount of brightness gain.
  3. Slider to control the gamma value and therefore contrast.
  4. Slider to control the color saturation of the photo.
  5. Set all appearance settings to the intial values.
  6. Set all appearance settings to the default factory values.
