Vignetting
You may have noticed that in many photos the corners appear darker when compared to center. This is due to a pheneomenon called Vignetting [1], which is common in lenses with multiple optical elements. |

While vignetting is considered a flaw in the lens, many artists perceive it as an useful effect that draws the viewer’s attention towards the center of the photo. Therefore, the Bigshot software provides the user the option of either reducing the effects of vignetting or enhancing them.

Vignetting correction with Bigshot Wizard

- Enable/Disable vignetting correction.
- Slider to control the amount of correction. Note that the default value (128) is such that it removes vignetting. However you may increase or reduce the amount of correction to exercise your artistic creativity.
- Set all vignetting correction settings to the intial values.
- Set all vignetting correction settings to the default factory settings.
